Shipping Information

Please allow 1–2 working days for us to process your order before it ships. Transit times begin after dispatch and depend on the carrier, customs, and local delivery conditions.

For European destinations, parcels may route through Germany for customs processing and onward transit. Tracking may not show online while the parcel is traveling to Germany; this initial tracking gap can last approximately 8–12 days. Once the parcel reaches Germany and is handed over for onward transit, tracking updates should become available. Estimated delivery for Europe is 8–15 days.

For the United States, Australia, and many South American destinations, delivery is estimated at around 10 days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and carrier or customs delays may extend transit.

After dispatch, we will email you a shipment confirmation with your tracking number. Tracking scans can take one or two days to appear. If tracking is still unavailable after that, please contact our support team.
